At the same time a fishing, commercial and pleasure port, Honfleur has been able to highlight a rich historical and artistic heritage. City of painters on the Seine estuary, the changing lights of the sky inspired Courbet, Monet, Boudin and many others. Even today, several dozen galleries and artists’ studios permanently present works, you can open their doors.
Authentic, centuries-old town, where you will stroll through its cobbled streets, admiring its half-timbered facades, its small decoration shops, its famous tea rooms, and its typical churches painted by Monet and his master Eugène Boudin.
Your guide will take you to the 16th century Sainte-Catherine church, built from chestnut wood by craftsmen from the city’s shipyards.

One hour to get to the last home of Claude Monet in Giverny, to visit legendary garden, perfectly maintained by a team of gardeners.
The house has remained in its original state, all the rooms are accessible, decorated with the collections of the painter who loved Japanese prints. Visit his workshop and his legendary salon where all his main works, today in museums, are reproduced identically.
The garden is an earthly paradise populated with hundreds of varieties of flowers. The river and the pond with its emblematic bridges will allow you to take beautiful photos corresponding to the perspectives of the painter’s paintings.
